To request a quotation, provide product size (width x height x length, thickness), color preferences, and material specifications. We offer customization options, including printing your logo or company name on the product or package.
Payment terms include T/T or L/C with a 30% deposit. We accept payments via T/T, Bank of the West, PayPal, and escrow. Our products are carefully packaged in plastic bags or carton boxes, tailored to your requirements.
While samples can be provided within 5-15 days, mold fees and shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. The shipping cost will be refunded upon placing a formal order as agreed.
Quality control is paramount to us. We use high-quality raw materials and conduct regular QC inspections during production. Delivery times typically range around 15 days after receiving the deposit, subject to product specifications and quantity.
